4” Water Lubricated Motors (50/60 Hz)
Unnati UW4 Series submersible motors are perfect for water-wells of 4-inches or larger diameter as it’s fitted with high-torque CSCR system and thus easier to repair and rewind. Pre-filled with a blend of clean water and anti-corrosion fluid and fitted with polypropylene copper wires for stator winding. The pressure-equalizing rubber diaphragm protects the motor against fluctuations of pressure or volume. Fitted with dynamically balanced rotor that ensures steady clearance, durability of bush bearings (water-lubricated) and highest efficiency. Premium-quality thrust bearings can withstand high axial thrust load. While triple sealing of ‘O’ rings, shaft seals and sand guards prevent the ingress of well-water or pollutants and leakage of lubricant. Thus, 4 inch Water Lubricated Motors are useful for mining industries, pressure-boosting units, industrial water supply, irrigation, fountains, gardening/horticulture, drip/sprinkler systems, and oil/gas industries.
